The Beauty of The Arts
We Benefit Children believes that the arts encourage kids to be creative, providing an environment where they can use their imagination and unexplored talents. Today, art programs are not typically considered part of the core curriculum at most elementary, secondary, and post-secondary schools. Due to budget constraints, most music and art programs have been cut from our local public schools.
We Benefit Children partners with many children’s charities to ensure kids have access to the arts. We’ve purchased sound equipment so children can learn ballroom dancing, instruments so kids can learn the classics and jazz, choir robes so kids can compete in state competitions, and stage equipment so kids can bring theater to life. Exposing kids to art programs presents endless possibilities for them to tap into their creativity; WBC is proud to support charities that give kids access to the arts.
I play the violin and upright bass. Thank you for your donation to the Santa Monica Youth Orchestra, it’s helped me to audition for music institutes. 14-Year-Old Musician
